Building on Altia’s long-standing relationship with law enforcement agencies throughout the world, Altia is delighted to be able to support this not-for-profit organisation which supports first responders by offering mental health support and wellness activities and by assisting first responders in their transition from roles in the public sector to the private sector.
As a Pledge Partner, Altia commits to four key things:
- Adopting at least one new strategy or process that promotes the recruitment of first responders and their families.
- Developing at least one new strategy or process that increases employment retention levels within the organisation for first responders and their families.
- Building knowledge, understanding and awareness of Fortem Australia and of the strengths and needs of first responder community.
- Considering first responders and their family members as candidates for learning, training and/or volunteering opportunities.
