Global investigation software provider, Altia, partners with SOCO to enhance service offering in APAC
Altia has engaged SOCO (ASX:SOC) – a multi-award-winning IT consultancy, based in Australia, specialising in the delivery of digital solutions, business applications and integration projects – as its implementation and support partner in the APAC region.
Altia, backed by NorthEdge, is a leading global provider of specialist intelligence and investigation software for government departments and law enforcement agencies across 24 countries, including the UK, US and Canada as well as Australia. In 2021 Altia was awarded a Queen’s Award in Enterprise for International Trade. The business, which is based in Nottingham and Glasgow, supports police forces and investigation teams to automate processes using technology – reducing time and money spent on investigations and improving prosecution rates.
Since Altia opened its office in Australia in 2018, it has grown by over 40% in the region.

SOCO has teams located in every state and have offices across major Australian cities, including Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth. Effective February 2024, SOCO will begin delivering remote and onsite technical services during regular business hours, along with Priority 1 after-hours support to Altia’s clients.
