Altia recognised as one of the nation’s best workplaces in tech
Investigative tech specialist Altia has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ 2024 by Great Place To Work®.
The UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ list celebrates companies in the technology sector that provide outstanding experiences for professional growth and development, as well as a positive work culture and benefits programme.
Reacting to the listing, Altia CEO Rob Sinclair said:

Altia, which is headquartered on Kirtley Drive, Nottingham, has taken significant measures to develop a workplace which allows all employees to thrive, investing in a variety of training initiatives which cover highly technical skills through to soft skills, as well as working to create an inclusive, positive culture for employees.
Employing some 90 members of staff, 94 percent felt that Altia provided them with the training and resources to further their professional career. Employees also highlighted numerous other practices and incentives as reasons for why they love working at Altia, including its generous annual leave package, bonus schemes, healthcare, and flexible working policy. Additionally, they cited how employee mental health is a high priority for the business.
