Altia honoured for its efforts to drive growth across East Midlands

Leading investigation tech specialist Altia has been recognised at the British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association Vision 2024 for its efforts to drive growth across the East Midlands.

Judges were impressed with the Nottingham company’s purpose-driven growth, scoring the investigative software firm highly for their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and competitiveness within their field of work.

The BVCA Awards are annual accolades which recognise outstanding performance in the private equity and venture capital industry in the UK.

They champion the achievements of investment firms and companies, highlighting excellence in categories such as growth capital, venture capital, and responsible investment.

The awards aim to showcase successful investments that have led to significant business growth, innovation, and positive economic impact.

As well as recognising Altia’s performance, the awards highlighted the company’s vision to improve, as well as the lasting value it has brought to the Midland’s region and wider technology industry across the UK.

Following investment from lower-mid market private equity firm NorthEdge in 2020, Altia has experienced significant growth, with revenue increasing by % and international revenue by 101%, while in October last year the firm made its fourth acquisition to broaden its proposition.

Reacting to the good news, Altia CEO Rob Sinclair said:
